Chiplakoff.com is a hotel website offering accommodation in Bulgaria by Chiplakoff family and accepts electronic booking and payments. The website is constructed in two language versions: English and Bulgarian.

Every user of Chiplakoff.com must read and observe The Terms of Conditions for using the information services and materials granted by the website.

The creators, owners and employees of Chiplakoff.com are not responsible of any harm which may arose in consequence of using or unability of using the website. The owners and creators are not responsible of the published information, its truth and realiability.

You do understand that the desicions you take are not motivated with financial information, comments and analizes provided by Chiplakoff.com. You may not pretend of any harms and/or missed opportunities due to a desicion influenced by the information from Chiplakoff.com.

You may not use the information (text, images) from Chiplakoff.com without the written permission from representatives of Chiplakoff.com.

Chiplakoff.com may put advertisements on the website. In some cases upon clicking on them a cookie from the advertiser website may activate. Chiplakoff.com does not controll these cookies.

Chiplakoff.com may also send cookies and track files.

The team of Chiplakoff.com is not responsible of any harms caused by computer viruses on software, hardware, telecomunication devices, loss of data caused by the materials or resources of the granted services.

2. Booking conditions

The booking is valid when:
a) The client contacts Hotel Chiplakoff either through the contacts form from the website or phone call and requires electronic payment (by credit cart).
b) The hotel will phone the client within 1 hour and will tell if the required period and room are available. The hotel will also provide a link to the electronic payment form.
c) The client also within 1 hour from the hotel's confirmation needs to fill out the booking form and make the payment successfully.

Booking cacelation:
a) Hotel Chiplakoff, Kiten - upon canceling of the booking from the client 2 weeks or ealier from the arrival, the hotel returns the whole accommodation amount in the client's bank account. If the client does not show up or cancels the booking later then 2 weeks from the arrival, the hotel will not return any money.
b) Hotel Chiplakoff, Burgas - upon canceling of the booking from the client 3 days or ealier from the arrival, the hotel returns the whole accommodation amount in the client's bank account. If the client does not show up or cancels the booking later then 3 days from the arrival, the hotel will not return any money.

In case of an overbooking by hotel's fault, the hotel service must offer an alternative room/apartment either in their own or another hotel.

The submitted user's information will not be committed to third party organizations for advertizing or any other purpose.

The Terms of Conditions could be modified at any time by the website owners. All changes become active as soon as the information is published into the website.
